Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer
If you’re using Internet Explorer as your Internet browser:
  1. From the top right corner, open Settings > Manage Addons
  2. You should see a popup window. Please select Toolbars and Ententions
  3. Here, ensure that Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled. Flash Player is also referred to as the Shockwave Flash Object.
  4. Close the browser completely
  5. Open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.
Enabling Flash Player in Mozilla FireFox
If you’re using Mozilla Firefox as your Internet browser:
  1. In the main navigation bar please type about:addons press enter
  2. You should have an option called Shockwave Flash
  3. Select Always active
  4. Close the browser completely
  5. Open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.
Enabling Flash Player in Google Chrome
If you’re using Google Chrome as your Internet browser:
  1. In the main navigation bar please type chrome://settings/content press enter
  2. Scroll down until you see the sub-section called Flash (it’s the fifth section from the top)
  3. Select Allow sites to run Flash
  4. Click Finished
  5. Close the browser completely
  6. Open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.
Enabling Flash Player in Microsoft Edge
If you’re using Microsoft Edge as your Internet browser:
  1. Open Microsoft Edge, click on the three-dotted button and select Settings
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and select View advanced settings

  3. On the next page, you can find an option called Use Adobe Flash Player. Toggle the button to turn it on or off.
Enabling Flash Player in Mac OS X 10.12.6 - Safari
If you’re using Safari as your Internet browser, please follow the below steps.

1. Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.


Note:

If you are viewing Safari in full-screen mode, mouse over the top of the browser screen to see the menu.

2. Click the Websites tab. Then select the Adobe Flash Player plug-in from the "Plug-ins" section.

3. Locate the When visiting other websites menu, and make sure to select On.

4. For each website appearing in Currently Open Websites, choose On in the menu on the right.

Once you have made the above changes, please select Done, then close the browser completely
and then open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.

Enabling Flash Player in Mac OS X 10.10 - Safari
If you’re using Safari as your Internet browser, please follow the below steps.

1. Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.


Note:

If you are viewing Safari in full-screen mode, mouse over the top of the browser screen to see the menu.

2. Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Plug-in Settings.

3. Select Adobe Flash Player.

From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On, and then click Done.

4. For each website appearing in Currently Open Websites, choose On in the menu on the right.

Once you have made the above changes, please select Done, then close the browser completely
and then open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.

Enabling Flash Player in Mac OS X 10.11 - Safari
If you’re using Safari as your Internet browser, please follow the below steps.

1. Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.

2. Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Plug-in Settings.

From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On, and then click Done.

4. For each website appearing in Currently Open Websites, choose On in the menu on the right.

Once you have made the above changes, please select Done, then close the browser completely
and then open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.

Enabling Flash Player in Mac OS X 10.6 - Safari
If you’re using Safari as your Internet browser, please follow the below steps.

1. Choose Safari > Preferences.

2. In the Security tab, make sure that Allow Java and Allow All Other Plug-ins are enabled.


3. Close the Preferences window.

Once you have made the above changes, please close the browser completely
and then open the browser and try your Exemplar programme again.

Enabling Flash Player in Mac OS X 10.7 - Safari
If you’re using Safari as your Internet browser, please follow the below steps.

1. Choose Safari > Preferences.

2. In the Security tab, make sure that Allow Java and Allow All Other Plug-ins are enabled.


3. Close the Preferences window.

Once you have made the above changes, please close the browser completely
